Anderson Advanced Ingredients was thrilled to sponsor the 9th International Rare Sugar Congress 2025 in Kagawa, Japan where allSWEET® came out a winner. The presentation of the study “Effect of allulose on diet-induced thermogenesis, substrate oxidation, glycemic response, and satiety in normal-weight adults” as presented by Toronto Metropolitan University’s Zaina Birkdar won the event’s Poster Award. The TMU study featured allSWEET® consumed by healthy adults at doses of 5, 10 or 20 grams. Key findings: The highest dose of allSWEET® “increased energy expenditure and decreased glycemic response, while all doses suppressed subjective appetite.” The compelling study will be formally published later this year.

When it comes to rare sugars, nothing compares to allSWEET®, the most researched source of allulose available in the global marketplace. Backed by multiple clinical studies, allSWEET® is the most experienced, researched, and trusted brand of allulose the marketplace has to offer.
