PreB® Macrobiotic Superfood

PreB® Macrobiotic Superfood is a premium fermented whole-food ingredient inspired by the teachings of macrobiotic pioneer Michio Kushi. Crafted from more than 50 carefully selected fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, herbs, and sea vegetables grown on a pristine 17,000-acre farm in southern Brazil, PreB® is nourished by ultra-soft spring water sourced from the renowned Guarani Aquifer.

Unlike conventional fermented ingredients, PreB® undergoes a unique three-stage fermentation process utilizing natural yeast, lactobacillus, and naturally occurring acetic bacteria found on the farm. This distinctive fermentation system helps create a highly differentiated prebiotic superfood rich in the nutritional diversity of its original whole-food ingredients.

Available in both liquid and powder formats, PreB® delivers the essence of more than 50 macrobiotically selected whole foods in a convenient ingredient platform for gut health, healthy aging, wellness, and functional nutrition applications. Representing decades of macrobiotic wisdom and verified as a prebiotic, PreB® should be a go-to ingredient in the R&D arsenal of any formulator developing gut health, immune health, healthy aging, or functional nutrition products and for brands looking to bring the consumer appeal of 50+ whole foods to a single ingredient statement.
